Happy Black Friday and Unity FFF!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is the first Black Friday I did not participate in since I was a little girl. I cant really say that I am missing it. It feels good to finally sleep in after hosting thanksgiving dinner at your home. Its seemed like a very long week preparing for thanksgiving dinner. Now, its time to concentrate on Christmas. So today, I am posting a Christmas gift decorated by my daughter and I.  Also a  mini card for one of my daughter's teachers at head start. I used a stamp from Unity Stamp Company Bright and Merry Winter Christmas Stamp Set. So if you have time between the fellowship with family, christmas shopping and all the holiday eating, please visit every blogs today at Unity Stamp Company.

Have a good weekend and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Unity Friends with Flair and My Anniversary

Good Morning Everyone,

Six years ago on November 12, 2010, I married my best friend. It has been some trying years but I wouldn't change anything that we have been through as a couple. We have truly grown closer from each experience and I know we made it through six years with the grace of God. I am very excited to this morning and I know this is just the beginning of many years to come. I am bless to say that I am still in love with my husband.

I usually do not make many masculine cards and I decided to make a card today for our anniversary instead of buying one. This gave me the opportunity to express the words I felt in my heart. I didn't want to add many feminine products so I created my own background with Key Lime Pie and Caribbean Blue Glimmermists. I used a Unity Stamp Company stamp for the background. I attached a poem on the front with a few pieces of teal green bling. Its simple but I truly like this card because its personal to me.

Card Ingredients:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Stamp: Unity Stamp Co "Gratitude =Joy"
Glimmermist: Tattered Angels Key Lime Pie" and Caribbean Blue
Ink: Walnut Stain Distress Ink
Misc: Bling

Please enjoy this Unity with Flair Day by visiting Unity Stamp Company's blog and see all the other  customers beautiful creations that is displayed today.

Please Go Vote Today and Winner Chosen (UPDATED Blog Post)

Good Evening,

I asking everyone to please vote today especially if you live in Michigan. Today, Michigan will receive a new Governor and I think it will make or break our current economic crisis  in our state. By the way, I was the #120 person who voted this morning at my precinct and my husband was #119.

On to the winner, I am stuck in doors with a bad head cold and a sick 21 month old. So I decided to do the random generator to pull the winner for the blog candy. I greatly appreciated all the comments, advice, and those who followed my blog. Anyway, Since there were 11 people who commented, I just numbered in order of the comments. The winner is.....

*** I'm sorry this is my first time using this thing. I double checked on the website too. The max was set at 11. Everytime I copy the table, it still reports 100 at the maximum. I hope this do not create any issues.
